I have been providing therapeutic support to adults, children and young people since 2012, working as a therapist in private practice, in organisations and in schools.
I am an integrative therapist, trained in Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
I also work with Maggie, my gorgeous black labrador who is a Certified Therapy Dog who joins us in the sessions if you would like her to.
I believe that the connections and relationships we form as we move through life form the basis of how content we feel with ourselves and the life we lead and understanding what we need from relationships is helped by an understanding of ourselves.
My personal experience and my work to date as a family solicitor and a therapist means that I have a special interest in working with people who are looking for support with relational issues either with other people in their lives or in the relationship with themselves.
I moved to Pewsey, in Wiltshire in 2017, having spent some years living abroad. I have worked with adults, young people, families and couples in private practice in Beijing, Geneva and now do so in Pewsey. I currently work in private practice and as a school counsellor at St Marys Calne and Marlborough College and volunteer at the Specialist Adult Eating Disorders Unit in Savernake Hospital.
